Peanut Allergies Tackled In Largest Ever Trial

Allergies to peanuts affect a large number of people both in the UK and worldwide.  It can make daily living extremely difficult and in some cases can prove to be fatal.

It is, therefore, very exciting to hear that doctors in Cambridge believe they may soon have a cure for peanut allergies.  They are conducting the largest ever trial to find a treatment for potentially fatal peanut allergies which will involve giving sufferers tiny amounts daily to build up tolerance.
