Vitamin C - A natural antihistamine - Julia, Hampshire, UK
Vitamin C is a natural antihistamine, and I was really surprised when it actually worked!! I had been suffering from inexplicable and severe allergic reactions, for which I was dependant on taking antihistamines every day. I replaced the antihistamines with 1000 mg slow-release vitamin C once a day, and it works! It has also kept my hayfever at bay, which proves that this is not a coincidence. (Aug 2007)
